1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, installing, or using the MockupMax Photoshop UXP plugin ("Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Software.

2. License Grant

MockupMax grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software on devices owned or controlled by you, subject to the license tier purchased (e.g., single-user license). You may use the outputs (mockup images generated) for personal or commercial purposes without royalty obligations.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software plugin code. You may not resell, rent, lease, redistribute, or sublicense the Software to any third parties without explicit written consent from MockupMax.

4. Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of MockupMax. We offer a full 100% refund within seven (7) days of purchase if you are not satisfied with the plugin. To request a refund, please contact support through the Gumroad portal.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. In no event shall MockupMax be liable for any direct, indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Software, including loss of data or production downtime in Adobe Photoshop.
